Saturday Mar 15

Mountain Biking 35:00 [3]
Out to Bottle lake
Orienteering 2:00:00 [3]
Putting out controls and stuff for tomorow's event. Actually took a lot longer but about this amount of time running. Ran hard around the ones that Andrew did to get some good training in. Was feeling great and fast, if only nationals was going to be flat.
C • The sprint is! 2

Friday Mar 14

Road cycling 1:05:00 [3]
Up to castle rock. Was feeling completely beaten. Very slow, guh.
Tramping 1:30:00 [2]
A bit of fieldwork for the rogaine.
C • Dedicated mapping 8
Road cycling 35:00 [3]
Home again

Thursday Mar 13

Run 37:00 [4]
Run round avonhead park. Legs were turning over nicely, feeling great. Blister on little toe a bit painful but no big dramas
Strength and conditioning 20:00 [2]

Wednesday Mar 12

Orienteering (rogaine) 3:00:00 [3]
Physically really struggled tonight. Felt weak, couldn't do much navigation as I just struggled up the hills! Fairly shit route choice as well. But all in good fun of course

Tuesday Mar 11

Road cycling 40:00 [3]
Tramping 2:30:00 [1]
Missioning around sorting out stuff for rogaine next week.
Road cycling 1:00:00 [3]
NW absolutely slaughtered me on the way home. Not happy with doing all this rogaine stuff at the moment. Bad training for nationals but Im too shattered to do anything more useful

Sunday Mar 9

Orienteering race 57:00 [4]
Ok this time. I just stuffed 6 completely, maybe a weird bit of the map. Then another big mistake on 10. All up a lot of time lost on 2 controls, the rest I was happy with. So pretty frustrated with what could have been an awesome run.
