| Course Per set for me on Källan. Great. Missed a bit on one but otherwise good. Such nice terrain, focussed on getting my exit direction sorted and trying to visualise what the terrain was going to look like.
Need new o shoes, mine have worn through at the back, blisters oww. |

| I was running first leg for the second team. It was so crazy at the start and i lost all the really good women straight away, ended up in a pack that was a little bit slower than me so not that useful and I did a lot of the navigating. All good practice for Tiomilla in two weeks though! So cold today, mud plus rain plus snow plus standing around waiting equals I think I need a hug.... |
