Middle Distance. Bad, bad, bad. Just sucked today. Weaving in and out of close trees caused me to drift. I need to take smart route choices until I get used to this terrain.

Course Per set for me on Källan. Great. Missed a bit on one but otherwise good. Such nice terrain, focussed on getting my exit direction sorted and trying to visualise what the terrain was going to look like.

Need new o shoes, mine have worn through at the back, blisters oww.

Easy cruise around tracks on Västanvik with Åsa. Great evening for a run, was above 10 degrees! Feeling pretty good.

Rode up the road to the ski area on the other side of the lake. Wonderfully muddy.

Club training. 8x2:30 with 1:30 recovery, on some nice terrain. Was pretty brutal.

Orienteering race (Rånnässtsfetten, relay) 1:04:02 [4]
I was running first leg for the second team. It was so crazy at the start and i lost all the really good women straight away, ended up in a pack that was a little bit slower than me so not that useful and I did a lot of the navigating. All good practice for Tiomilla in two weeks though! So cold today, mud plus rain plus snow plus standing around waiting equals I think I need a hug....
