I seem to have hurt my wrist paddling on Friday. Pretty sure it is from gripping the paddle too hard. Will have to try and focus on that in the weekend and hopefully the paddle is not too long and it doesn't make it too much worse.
Strangely it didn't hurt in the weekend at all although it has been getting worse all week. Maybe it is from working on the computer too much?
Monday night run with the normals for a bit. Was feeling pretty off the whole time then had to stop and walk for a bit and make my own way back home. Probably drank too much coffee today?
Humpy Bumpy. This was fun. After Naseby and then Paramanui it was nice to do some easier orienteering where you could run hard and still make sense of the map. :) Made me enjoy orienteering again, looking forward to southern o-week.
Akaroa harbour with Em in the double, Tane in the single. Nice to be out kayaking again although I died considerably after about 3hours. Sufferfest back to Akaroa. Em did well.
