Run warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Run intervals (Monghetti) 20:00 [4]

Oh dear, very slow.

But as Greig helpfully pointed out, why do I need to be fast anyway? Well maybe because I just realised that SOW sprint races 4/7.

Run 1:10:00 [3]

Wednesday night run from Kaizuka up through the forest and round the top, down Bowenvale.

Feeling fairly good running uphill but slow on the flats. Not surprising.

Mountain Biking 4:00:00 [3]

Day 3. Back out to lake Tennyson over the pass. Fowler pass had to be ditched due to the food situation

Kayaking 1:30:00 [3]

Bit of a token paddle on the lake but the wind sucked.

Mountain Biking 3:00:00 [3]

Day two. Over Maling Pass and up the Waiau to Caroline Creek Biv. Intrepid mountain biking. Rivers still very high.

Tramping 14:00:00 [1]

Waiau Pass - Blue Lake - Moss Pass - Upper d'urville - Thompson Pass. Fun mission on a beautiful day. Only slight issue was everyone running out of food. Feeling good and fit, able to jog along up the D'Urville easy as. Some good night nav training over Thompson Pass. Great day out. Te araroa trail walkers were very confused as to what we were doing.

Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [3]

Day one of the sneaky weasel boot camp. Cruising the rainbow because everywhere else was cut off from high winds. Getting the tow line sorted.

Run 1:00:00 [2]

Short climb behind Lake Tennyson in the evening .
