Was planning on some proper training but still feeling fairly tired so just went for a wee jog to the supermarket. Pretty amazed at how tired I am. More so than afrer any other 24 recently. Probably due to all the training before and no taper. O well I will just rest until I feel better. Im definitely fit enough for GZ i think.

Went for a cruise up Rapaki round and down the huntsbury single track . Rediculous how busy rapaki track is on a Wednesday. Feeling good riding up the hill surprisingly. Might have just been because i was passing everyone :)

Have been so caught up in training for Godzone that I haven't thought much about the rogaine this weekend. Packing 24hrs of food last night certainly made me think about it though! Should be fun and suitably horrible. Its sad they are making us carry so much gear. Heavy packs suck, but good training I guess

Hopefully I'm not too tired from training to race well. Lara wants to go "90%" to not break ourselves too much. I'm not sure how you go 90% for 24hrs.
