Ride up to the rogaine, running late as usual so had to push a bit on the hill so Id have time to ride the track round.

Tims 2nd rogaine. Made the career ending mistake of going for 102...30minutes later I emerged from the bush tired and annoyed. At least they did warn us.
I was starting to feel like Im getting a bit of running fitness back until I got very thirsty and hungry towards the end.
