Note

Knee seems to have recovered to the point where I would go training if I didn't have an expedition race in a week. No point training now! Will be very interesting to see how I cope with the race. Feel pretty underdone training wise and worrried knee might flare up. Good thing Pat seems convinced I should just bring my tiny Ultimate Direction pack for the race!

The grumpiness has also decreased. Hopefully no flare up there either...

Short portage race (10k no portage). Won the womens :) Pretty windy and nasty out and was scared on the ferry wake but made it without swimming.
