ROPAS with Pat. Was raining and foggy. Quite hard to see anything on the way down the Dun. Nice steady pace and was feeling good.

Need a new running headlamp. For just running from home not racing. Nitecore bounces round too much. Anyone got any good recommendations.

Gravel bike ride with Pat. Great taste out to rabbit island then up the river trail and back on great taste. Maybe straying a bit far from home? But so many cars out and about including just driving and parking up at rabbit island so it was hard to feel that guilty.
