Nydia bay mission with Courtney and Megan. Bush bash walk then run out. New pack chafed my back horribly.....didn't do it on Pelorus mission.....maybe was combination with swordfox top :( hmmmmm need to investigate.

Ride with Pat. Nice cruisy speed and some hanging around chatting to different people. Supplejack for the first time. Was good. Walked lots of corners but rode all the rest. Then back up and down Hulkn. Legs quite tired but good to get out for a ride. In chch for the rest of the week and busy so will be resting.

Evening run. Started out cruisy then realized I was feeling quite good so went for the sub 1hr tantragee loop. Smashed it.

Crashed the kayak club AGM Pizza and beer after. Yum.

Not going to bother too much with the paddling at the moment. Ori nationals, rogaine nationals and then crazy big bike to deal with.
