Orienteering (Street-O) 1:13:14 [3]* 8.2 km (8:56 / km)
spiked:8/8c
Right away when I took the first running step I noticed I've got some strain in my right gluteal muscle, a lot of pain and very difficult to run especially down hills. It was snowing really wet snow and some was left also on ground. This made seeing small bumps very difficult, and all of those made more pain. So not any great running today, but still I ran about 80-90% of the course.

This was really street-O, barely any steps even on the grass. Well, if there was any under snow. The total distance was quite longer than direct, 12.0K's, when there was river and railroad crossings. In spite of the strain, a nice Sunday morning run.
