| went to sibley . ran in 7 km i think. ran 1.3 km up from sawyers bay..hiked the rest. walked back down. went swimming ..ran out the 7 km or something. could totally feel the 3k in my legs when we started climbing the hills. rough. |

| did the 3 k uphill today. thought that maybe i wouldnt get a stich. i was wrong. but it wasnt till the end sooo i guess it wasnt bad. still got a pb of 16.16. decent id say. did warm up and cool down and stretched.

| at camp. probably almost walked to my death. it was 34 degrees in the shade..luckily we were walking in the direct sun which put it over 40. sweeeet life. moral of the story is xtina and i went for a 2 hr s/w. im goign to say we were at a pretty alright pace and covered abouut 7-8 km in an hour. soo ill say it was mayybe a 15 km walk? it was hot. you dont even know |
