Its been 6 weeks off running now. Foot still sore, but I gotta try and do something to get back on my feet! Managed to pile on 6kg in the last 6 weeks, and feeling like a fatty bombom.

Went for my first Walk/Jog around the Domain. Did 8 mins total running in 1min bursts. Painfully agonising training so little, but gotta start somewhere. Foot quite sore afterwards.
