Foot aching all day. Feeling very down about it, so didnt do any exercise today.

Walk/jog around cornwall park. Managed 16mins of running today, foot feeling good while running. But very sore afterwards, may have done too much?

Another walk jog, managed 12mins of jogging today. Foot was okay while jogging, but more sore afterwards.

Foot too sore to try another walk/jog, so opted for some swimming and aqua jogging. Foot sore just walking on it.

Its been 6 weeks off running now. Foot still sore, but I gotta try and do something to get back on my feet! Managed to pile on 6kg in the last 6 weeks, and feeling like a fatty bombom.

Went for my first Walk/Jog around the Domain. Did 8 mins total running in 1min bursts. Painfully agonising training so little, but gotta start somewhere. Foot quite sore afterwards.
