| Sunday Social Netball.
Boy was I glad to finally stop doing uni work and do something active. Even if it was 30+ degrees in the gym. The team we played was a new team, and the experienced female players on it were let down by the guys who hadn't played before. Our team played pretty well, and managed to take advantage of our opponents mistakes.
Won 29-20
Now I'm looking foward to a weeks time when uni might actually let me do some training again. Doesn't seem like the best preparation for the black hill challenge....(a fortnight away) |

| 15x200m. Started each every 50s, which generally meant 33-34s for the interval then 16-17s recovery. Had an extra 50 sec recovery after 5 and 10.
Felt pretty good, especially as this sessions provided a nice way to avoid doing the oh so much uni work I have at the moment. |
