Alright navigationally, but kept missing all the little bingo-ish features which wasn't so good. Everything else was fine. Did the later half slower/jogging as I just wanted to get around. Got stuck on a long grass/nettle infested track on the second map. | ||

| Basically a terrain run around a course on one of the old maps. Orienteering benefit wasn't so great as the map was totally different. Good to be out in the forest though. | ||

two loops of 2km each, mass starts. Kept ending up with Tom and Leon. Orienteered well, except for the second control of loop #2 which I ran straight past and proceeded to waste 2 minutes at. Really tough running - grass was "tuffty" | ||

| Long Distance training with the JWOC team. Long legs. Mainly I just shadowed and commented but did the last long leg hard. Nice Forest, really physical though. | ||
