Rocky Paddock. Enjoyed this. Course was enjoyable and weather was good. Back seemed a little sore though which limited my climbing speed.

Legs not feeling the greatest for this, still seem a bit tight.

Easy run through Coro and Hawthorndene. Calves seem quite tight after yesterday. Probably to be expected.

Two sets of 10x150s, 15 sec recovery. Not quite as fast tonight, still feeling Saturdays run and couldn't get cadence quite as fast as normal.

Joined the juniors for their intervals after my 150s who were doing alternating hard/float 200s.
Instead did 2x1km (3:04, 3:06) then 1.2km of the 200s
