Harriers
12x300 increasing speed for each 100m with 100m jog between.
Surprisingly good for this after the weekend.

NOL Long - Hill End
Always knew this could be interesting for me physically after being unwell, but actually turned out ok on the side apart from one section.
Started well, felt good running but slower from 8 with stomach issues until deciding it was better to stop at the accommodation toilet on the way to 17. Picked up after this to finish ok.
Navigationally had no issues but probably lost a bit with route choice to 8 and 21. I think in both cases I lost time due to not feeling strong in the legs to do the steep descents fast which then made the routes slower.

Aus Relay - Hill End
First leg of composite team with Josh and James.
An odd kin of race - with the lead pack for most of it but really just doing my own thing amongst it. No feeling as strong as the others seemed (cold, low sleep) so aimed to keep distance to a minimum.

Happy to take the different route choices at 3 after seeing Pat and Brodie go right and again staying straight at 7 after Pat went right to the road. No real issues but only just saw the earth bank knoll before 10 at the last second to save myself from making the same mistake with Brodie.
