Narrinyeri Hills
Reasonably good run. No issues through the first section then a bit more careful once in the southern bit. A few small misses in the circle on 13, 16, 19 on the way back though and slower through the scrappier forest near the end.

Not too bad, struggled a bit on the return.

17x200 on the grass with jog/walk recoveries decreasing by 5s each time from 90s to 15s. Aimed to keep them at around 34 but crept up a bit for the last 3.

12x300 increasing speed for each 100m with 100m jog between.
Surprisingly good for this after the weekend.
