Orienteering 20:00 [3] 2.5 km (8:00 / km)

WA Junior Training Camp - Dryandra West
Putting our flags for the relay. Back in the fast open eucalypt for this, and a good end to the three days. Quite a fun and hopefully beneficial camp in a great spot, even if Bridget is making frowny faces about not seeing any numbats.

Really different over this side, with more low vis green and granite rocks on the same vague contours.
Had to spend a bit more time to get certain of a couple of these sites.

Orienteering race 1:07:02 [4] 10.5 km (6:23 / km)
shoes: Oroc's

OY at Pewsey Vale
Fairly rubbish run really that didn't start well due to getting stuck on the wrong side of the green on the way to the first. Oh well, I guess thats to be expected when what is mapped as open land is actually young pines and closer to mid green. Not really any issues after that but feeling pretty flat for most of it.

Running 1:08:00 [3] 14.0 km (4:51 / km)
shoes: NB1260

Easyish run (albiet with some signifigant climbs) around Craigburn, Sturt Gorge and Magpie Gully, exploring some tracks I had not been on before.

Running warm up/down 27:00 [3] 4.4 km (6:08 / km)
shoes: NB Prism

Running intervals 28:40 [5] 7.2 km (3:59 / km)
shoes: NB Prism

Harriers
Two sets of 100m/200m/300m/400m/500m/400m/300m/200m/100m with 100m jog between and 600m between the sets.
Great night for it, but I'm not the biggest fan of the grass track at night with all its bumps. Hamstrings getting a bit tight by the end too, probably need an easier run.
