Easy run. Felt quite ok, ran in my new shoes - haven't got new shoes in more than a year so this felt so weird and I think my calves knotted up a bit because they were like wtf is this
Strength and Conditioning 15:00 [3]
Lots of rolling. Doesn't really count as training but I'm so bad at doing this for some reason, and I think it makes my legs feel soooo much better! So I'll try and do it every day
