Half an int session up the river before I gave up because I was feeling craaaaaap (I blame the time of day, but also maybe still a bit tired from the weekend).

Gym just with body weight because i had to rush to the airport- going to Katoomba for four days for uni. Really hope I'll have time for some nice runs but may not... :(
