Out and back on two bays with matt :) felt a bit shit for the first 90mins for some reason - light headed and felt like my blood pressure was super low (in hindsight think I was dehydrated even before starting! Oops). Felt better in the 2nd half but did get v ploddy in the last 2.5k ish. Made it back to the car just before a storm! Mega dehydrated after :/
