did a terrain run in the pines with 6 x 30second surges. Felt ookk, probably should have gone for abit longer but it was cold and raining and getting dark...

felt pretty crappy actually and was procastinating all day because it was wet and freezing, but hip/back didn't hurt so that was good!!

rest day AGAIN becuase my lower back/hip was still feeling strained when i ran but it was better than yesterday.

blodsilitet at butterfly gully. Took it easy for first bit of course, because I thought i mightn't last the distance, but was still feeling ok at the end. navigated well but i made afew small mistakes
strained lower back or something because it feels funny when i run

nearly killed myself doing swimming intervals too hard and nearly drowning....cuz i am not much of a swimmer

did course at canadian forest and totally blew the first one. The rest wasnt very good either :( i wasnt concentrating and was still annoyed at massive mistake to number one.
