Saturday Mar 15

orienteering 17:00 [2]
(injured)
this was about all i was allowed to do, which sucked. i felt like a slug again but my foot didn't hurt...

Friday Mar 14

Pool Running intervals 1:13:00 [3]
abit of this was swimming intervals too

I had a cortisone injection on tuesday and so was not suposed to do anything for 4 - 5 days after. My foot hasn't hurt since then (and the injection wasnt as painful as i thought it might be) so it is looking good so far! I'll try running at buckenderra for a short time tomorrow and then hopefully i'll be running properly at easter....

Monday Mar 10

bike riding intervals 1:33:00 [3]
(injured)
running 15:00 [1]
ran for 15mins total this time! yay! felt alright, not so sluggish, but foot felt abit tender. It seems to have stopped improving so rapidly. i am thinking about having the cortisone (?) injection now...

Sunday Mar 9

Pool Running intervals 55:00 [3]
(injured)
running 20:00 [1]
(injured)
i started my 6 laps all running but my foot hurt quite abit, which was weird cuz it felt good yesterday. so i walked abit and then ran some more and it was only ok...abit sore after i stopped too. also felt really really heavy and slow, but i guess that is normal after not running for 3 weeks

Saturday Mar 8

bike riding 1:41:00 [3]
(injured)
Swimming intervals 25:00 [3]
Pool Running intervals 35:00 [3]
running 15:00 [1]
this time i've progressed to 6 times 300m run and only 100m walk! didn't feel so sluggish this time...

Friday Mar 7

bike riding hills 1:25:00 [3]
(injured)
it started pouring with rain halfway through so i got saturated and was freezing...but it was still fun.
tried to do the next stage of my runnning thing (6 x run 200m, walk 200m) but my foot was hurting so i stopped after two. extremely annoying!!! tried again in the arvo and this time it was better!

Thursday Mar 6

running 20:00 [1]
this was hardly a "run" cuz i did what the doctor said - run 100m then walk 300m six times. it was really frustrating cuz i wanted to keep on running! foot felt alright...it was getting sore by the last one.

Wednesday Mar 5

Pool Running intervals 1:00:00 [3]
(injured)
Foot is on the mend...i can walk without much pain now but getting to run will take a while - I saw the sports doctor today and she said that when i do start running i have to run 100m then walk 300m 6 times only and build slowly by 100m a day from there.... =(

Tuesday Mar 4

bike riding intervals 1:38:00 [3]
