orienteering long 1:28:23 [4] 10.4 km (8:30 / km)
blodsilitet at butterfly gully. Took it easy for first bit of course, because I thought i mightn't last the distance, but was still feeling ok at the end. navigated well but i made afew small mistakes
strained lower back or something because it feels funny when i run

did short, fastish course at petticoat gully. felt good and navigated ok...made afew little stuff ups

Terrain run with hill surges. wanted to go for longer but it was really dark. felt good!

nearly killed myself doing swimming intervals too hard and nearly drowning....cuz i am not much of a swimmer
