| Did this around Deeks Track at stromlo (grassy and undulating track)
I knew i would be slower than my pb but wasn't sure what time to expect, dissapointed cuz it was 20secs slower, although it wasnt on a flat track and the surface is quite soft...but STILL it was kinda depressing to see how i'd gone backwards |

it wasnt so monotonous this time cuz i entertained myself by doing each interval in a different lane (i had the whole pool to myself). it must have looked abit weird but it was better than staying in the same lane! |
