| today wasn't so good as my damn injury was hurting abit as i ran, which it has been during the last few days. so i decided it was better to be safe than sorry and i didn't do the next exercise |

| I just couldn't get enthused for a proper swim today, for some reason it was more boring than usual
oh, and I have spoken to a physio and she says my injury aching is normal and nothing to worry about..phew!! |
