| was a pretty short course for the "long" distance...but anyway. i had a pretty good run, afew small mistakes but was pretty happy (definately better than yesterday, that was shocking!) |

| my foot/injury was hurting warming up so i was abit worried..but then it was fine during the race and warming down (i really dont get it, maybe it just had to warm up???) so i guess i'll just see how it goes, its kind of annoying hanging around like it is |

| this was at honeysuckle creek, where visability is really bad due to the thickness. anyway, i went pretty badly and kept getting really close to controls, but leaving again cuz i couldn't see the feature. so i am really annoyed at my result. =( |

| It was really weird cuz i did this in the evening after my bad terrain run and my foot felt fine - until about half way through the intervals when i noticed it was starting to hurt so i stopped
So now I am really annoyed GRRRR!!! |
