| we went to mt clear...and it is not clear anymore. it was suposed to be a "long" course (dunno how far) but it was too scrappy underfoot so i cut it short. i think i ran out of energy at about number 2, so the rest of the course was a struggle cuz i was feeling so tired (and i was running really slowly)
Because the terrain was pretty bad (and the map was made 25 years ago) it wasn't very enjoyable..but it was a nice day!!! |

| My foot hurt at the start, but then it was fine. I was so excited to actually get a good session done without my injury stopping me, so this was really fun! |

| it is freeeeezing today and its really annoying cuz our house has no source of heating at all so i have to walk around like an eskimo in gloves and a beanie.
i did some strength exercises today but i dont know if that really counts as training |
