| i have officially reached the conclusion that my foot/injury does not like short, fast intervals (like the ones I did yesterday). cuz every time after i've done them in the past few weeks my calves have gotten really tight, and my injury has gotten sore. SO i guess i wont be doing any more of them!
Therefore, I took a rest day today cuz my foot/injury was abit sore from yesterday!!! GRRRRR |

| my legs felt like lead for the first 30 mins, but then i miraculously recovered and felt pretty good. did it on the bike trails at stromlo, so it was fun =) |
