made numerous mistakes in the first bit on bruce ridge, nothing huge but would have added up to a fair amount...the rest was ok though.
felt good running, not too tired after...fun event! afew months ago i thought running a NOL on brice ridge was a silly idea but it was actually quite tricky and vague. and the organising was really good too.

first leg of mixed relay
ohhhhhhhh dear. made a HUGE HUGE error to number one, lost ATLEAST 3 mins. maybe more. was with a biggish group of senior girls and we all ran into like all the dead end areas near that uncrossable fence.
baaaaahhhh sooooo annoyed after this and felt really bad passing onto lachy after such a crap run on my part :(

second leg.
not reallllly sure what happened here but seemed to go through a black hole or something and overtook everyone somewhere out there...maybe cuz i was so angry after the first leg haha. still lost some unnecessary time out there but was much better than the first leg and felt much better passing onto lachy :P
