Long run from home starting with Lizzie and sah, then they turned around (Lizzie was dead tired from soccer and sah is injured) and I continued to majura pines - did a lap of that then went home again. Felt ok but happy to do this at an easy pace.
So glad Lizzie kicked me out the door for this, was feeling super drowsy after a midday nap but running woke me up :)

orienteering 1:34:41 [4]

o training with lizzie on mt ainslie. we did some o hill ints - the uphill leg was done hard, then one control following it was done at moderate pace focussing on nailing the control while in oxygen debt. then slow jog back to the start. did 9 of these (lizzie did 10) then did a mix of controls from the NOL last year and the twilight event....was really tired and very hungry doing them so bailed on the last two and ran home.
fair bit of this is really running not orienteering but meh.

shin was achey last night and this morning but magic tape worked it magic and it felt good running :) must be the badass colour....

most chilled day ever. skipped my one lecture (who goes to uni for one lecture anyway) and caught up on some uni work. and watched some family guy.

nearly drowned on the way back. seriously got soaked.

running tempo 1:20:54 [4]

run to bruce ridge, 4x8min tempo then run home. originally intended to just do 3 (as advised by gin) but ended up doing 4 because the first 2 weren't very hard on account of feeling gross from having a stomach ache. legs were willing but stomach felt so blah :(
raining like crazy, surprised to see someone else out running - turned out to be shannon haha.
would have been fun in the rain if i hadnt already got soaked today riding to/from uni...what the hell happened to summer?!
pleased i just got out the door, even if the session wasn't that good.

felt awful this morning, did not want to get out of bed and could not get my brain to focus during lectures :(
need more sleep or something....also think its maybe due to stress. feeling really confused and unsure about many things in life right now - oing and uni and where i want to go in life etc etc

went out to AIS pool to pool run only to find it PACKED. and i hate pool running when people in the same lane are swimming. got a tiny bit in before i gave up. super annoyed i didnt get a good session in, and wasted time getting to the AIS and mucking around when i could have been doing some uni work...

Ints on black mtn from uni - timetable has changed so I now have 3 8am lectures per week...waaa!
Did some 400s 300s and 200s....don't know how this took me almost 90mins!!!!! Maybe my warm up an down were longer than I thought...pretty long session anyway. Tired as now, and shin hurts. Gonna keep running only 4 days a week for awhile.

to/from uni. didnt wear rain protection on the way in and got very wet :(
shin achey today :(
feeling like im finally getting on track with some things in life :)
