Note

Driving to Armidale for Xmas 5 day. Doubt I'll get time to run! And am also very sore from core yesterday.

I've only entered the short course at the 5 day because I'm unsure about my feelings towards orienteering at the moment, and I don't want to get 5 days of DNF! So I thought just doing short sharp courses would be more fun and might make me more enthusiastic about it.

core - moved up to a new level and it was SO hard. Had to sneak in extra breaks.

Easy run with moth. Felt so tired, but better towards the end.

Intervals along the main forest road in Ballarat. It went ok...a very tough session with very short recoveries.

Couldn't get myself to do any uni work at all today, so decided to make this the first day of my holidays!!! YAY HOLIDAYS

Worked from Ballarat today so did a nice easy run (with some walking...) with moth. I felt super tired.

Hill loop. Got super hungry and quite weak about halfway through which sucked! But I didn't stop! Did a very minimal warm down because I was desperate to get home and drink some chocolate milk
