Intervals up and down the river. Felt good in the legs but really sick in the stomach actually - had an apple and dark chocolate before I left and that was obviously a bad choice!! Pushed through but thought I might vomit a few times.

Ride to sign a lease and then ride back to uni. Excited to move into my new place!!! I don't move until the end of February though, so a bit of a wait.

Only did half a hill session today :( I think I need to be 100% recovered to be able to do this session, and today I....was not. A bit annoying, but probably better to not flog myself too much!
