Compass work. Hmmmm yeah not great haha. Tried to run moderately hard but I was pretty tired and hip was really sore from yesterday

(Bendi)ghetto race (time includes warm up and down). Feeling a bit tired from ints yesterday, so definitely felt that on all the ups! An ok run apart from that - sloppy at the start though

40/20s in Ballarat. This was the session I was meant to do yesterday. Felt OK today, legs a little heavy though and generally quite head tired - which I think is again just the delayed effects of some massive stress earlier in the week!
