To/from uni. Actually I'm logging this whilst still at uni haha, but it's my only way home so I'm sure it'll happen later tonight

Mmm didn't race very well. I've never done a 10k before so didn't know how to run it and kinda just....did it. In a meh kinda way. Think I could probably go quite a bit faster, plus the course was actually longer than 10k and it was very windy ;)

Light interval session in Ballarat. Felt quite sick at the start as it wasn't long after I'd had lunch, but then quickly felt better which was a relief.

Easy run. Felt OK. Thought it'd be much colder so ran in an extra layer, which was so unnecessary!

3x 1 mile. Felt really stiff and unco for the warm up and first rep and a half. Note to self: do not have days off running the day before an interval session
