Mmm didn't race very well. I've never done a 10k before so didn't know how to run it and kinda just....did it. In a meh kinda way. Think I could probably go quite a bit faster, plus the course was actually longer than 10k and it was very windy ;)
Light interval session in Ballarat. Felt quite sick at the start as it wasn't long after I'd had lunch, but then quickly felt better which was a relief.

Meat! In fact today I had meat at lunch AND meat at dinner. Goodness me
3x 1 mile. Felt really stiff and unco for the warm up and first rep and a half. Note to self: do not have days off running the day before an interval session
