To/from uni. Yay I fixed my bike. But it absolutely pissed on my ride home so I was soaked and freezing :( I should learn what a raincoat is

Got home from uni mentally exhausted and freezing, so got straight into bed and then it took all my remaining willpower to get back out of bed to go for this run. Legs felt actually not too bad (but not great) so did ints. Had to wade through the river at a couple of points which was prob a bit dodgy haha

Morning run. Worked from home today because I don't have the necessary tools to fix the flat on my bike. And ain't no one got time for public transport. It rained.

Compound miles. Oops not sure how this session took so long. Felt good, it was fun. There was some serious flooding up the river but luckily I found some routes around the worst bits. Some pretty impressive water falls too!

Ride home from uni. This actually wasn't a ride home, because when I got to my bike in the evening I discovered I had a flat. So I walked my bike home....and with a heavy backpack this was at the very least equivalent to a standard ride home. So I'm logging it.

Training at mt beckworth! Time includes long warm up and down and rests between courses. Basically did 3x15min courses "hard". It was really fun!! Thought I navigated mostly well, however we didn't have tapes out for most controls so I maybe got some slightly wrong. Felt pretty good today

Bendigo event. It was fun!! I had an ok run apart from no6 which I totally minced, and when I relocated I was closer to no7 so just continued on ;) Felt really bad running in parts - had no juice in my legs for some reason.....but then my average heart rate was really low :/ Need to learn how to O aggressively before vic/aus champs!!
