Aus relays. I normally hate first leg but decided to man up and try it today! Managed to keep my head for most of it, but definitely made a couple of smaller mistakes and silly hesitations. Glad I didn't freak out though!!
Aus sprint. I'm down as DNF but I actually came third! Ridiculously scrappy run, especially at the start. Never really got it together but it obviously did help to have tash with me (started 1min behind me)
Morning jog to try and break these new shoes in.....it didn't really work and they still felt really weird and made my calves super tight :/
To/from uni. It rained. Both ways.

Shorter interval session. Felt like ass actually, struggled to try and run in a higher gear......maybe just tired from uni. Wore some even older shoes, rather than my new ones, and they also felt weird and wrong. Maybe my feet are just spastic!!!
