Oing at petticoat with a small group. Did a warm up putting tapes out and then ran the Aus middle course from last year with Tash. We ran moderately hard (or it was moderately hard for me at least haha) and compared some different route choices. i probably should have done a bit more after this, but guess I don't want to overload myself too quickly ;)

Warm up and down plus sprint into spring course 1, and then about two thirds of course 2. Oh my god I felt SO SO UNFIT. Hopefully I'm just brushing the cobwebs out and I'll feel normal again soon .... :I
