Sprint in Castlemaine plus warm up and down. Still feeling a bit mentally exhausted but managed ok today. Also I actually won the race - everyone else went through an uncrossable fence when in fact I went a (very long) way around it. Cost me about 1.5mins! So I am the winner ;)

Ride home from uni. Was starting to get seriously annoyed at the weather in Ballarat/Melbourne but actually it turned really nice this arvo! Now if it'd just stay warm, that'd be great

Tiny morning run so I would feel a bit better this arvo

3x15min tempo. Moving this session up a notch by doing it on hilly tracks, rather than on the flat bike path in Melb. So we ran on the goldfields track from...somewhere... to Castlemaine. It was nice! Took a little while to get going. Pretty smoked after.
