Tempo efforts in the forest. Started on the smaller tracks I normally run on but they were very muddy and so it was hard to go full speed. Had one bad fall in the mud so decided to go out on the bluestone fire trails in the pines....well, it wasn't slippery but all the pines have been felled so the rest of the session was uphill right into the wind and rain. But I did it! And felt better than expected

Warm up -> sprint into spring course 1 -> jog -> part of course 2 -> warm down. Didn't feel super springy today so was surprised to (just) pip Tash! My run was pretty ok, took some sub-optimal routes though

Easy run in Ballarat. Actually it wasn't a run, it was a very very slow shuffle. Wednesday stuffed me and I was too tired to run yesterday! Went to go visit the little foal <3

Morning yog. Glutes and one hammy sore after strength yesterday

4x30/1 3x3/2 4x4/1 up the river. Felt a little meh with my sore hammy/glute so took a while to warm up into this session. Or maybe I'm just an old lady now. Anyway, first time I've done this session and it was ok. Warm down was longer than intended!
