3x15min tempo up the river after arriving back in Melb in the arvo. Oh my LORD this is the hardest this session has ever felt - it was 33 degrees which I know isn't that hot but I got totally fried after the first rep and was in massive struggle town after that. :(

40/20s along the main forest road. Almost got squashed by some clown P-platers. Felt good but also kinda bad, if that makes sense. Legs were kinda weak maybe. Just a bad day hopefully!
