Easy run, worked from home today - bad choice because I was super ineffective haha

6x5x40/20s. Felt pretty good - had that feeling you get after a week of races (or a training camp!). Got overtaken by a woman during one of my recoveries - but it turned out to be Lisa Weightman, so I think that's ok ;) Dead at the end
Back in Melb after a crap night of sleep and getting up at 2am (Aus time) to fly home.....super unenthused to go back to uni again!! :(
Also, after looking at winsplits of camp champs I realised the start of most of my races is always bad - probably from nerves I guess? Anyway so that will be my focus for Xmas 5 day, nailing the start (in a not-overly cautious way)
Final day relay!! A bit tired and the forest wasn't super fast. I navigated ok. Really fun training camp with some really good training! Feeling a bit more confident in my abilities
Camp champs plus warm up and down. Actual race was 30:34
Had an ok run, made a lot of small mistakes actually - maybe lost 1.5mins total. Sloppy start especially, then got into it. Not sure why I made so many small mistakes, kept stopping a bit early so maybe need to be confident in my direction and keep going

Party hat relay straight after camp champs. I was so hungry and thirsty, so this was brutal and I suffered
Compass exercise and then a course which we were meant to do in pairs but I decided to do by myself - just because I thought I would get more out of it focusing on "the process". It was pretty good, I pushed sorta moderately hard and made a couple of mistakes, but was mostly happy with how I interpreted the terrain

Contour only exercise after the other session. I was a bit tired so obly did a piss weak effort of this haha
