Xmas 5 day, day 1. Time includes warm up and down. I managed to skip a control (by accident obviously) - so an mp for me :( ok run apart from that, wasn't feeling super speedy though
Some 200s with lots of recovery in ....centennial park (?). It was humid as (or something) because I was sweating buckets. Better do some quick acclimatising :/
Easy run before driving to Sydney. Legs felt horrendous at the start, probably partly because I did zilch yesterday but also maybe because it was kind of early (though since NZ I keep waking up at 4am!! Bleugh)
Had the laziest day ever, which was actually a really bad idea because I felt like a massive slug and probably would have got better recovery by doing a run!
30, 3, 4 session. Felt better than I expected but not super sprightly, so started "comfortable" and then tried to finish hard. Ended up not being a killer session but I think that's probably good! Need to make sure I'm recovered from NZ / ready to go again for Xmas 5 day + falls ck
