Got dropped on the other side of the range this time, so had another uphill run home with 3x15min tempo. It went ok I think, first was a bit slow because I was on an overgrown single track and then the last one had the steepest up of them all plus it was kinda hot and sunny by then....good to finish!

Working from home yet again today, so another mid morning run :) felt only ok, died a bit in the head wind on the return journey. Then my warm down was super long and almost killed me because I was starving...but I survived!

Easy with some run throughs in the middle. Felt surprisingly good! Worked from home again today so I could run at a nice time and beat the heat :)
