A new threshold session! 20 hard (4 easy) 15 hard (3 easy) 10 hard (2 easy) 5 hard. Did it on quite hilly tracks so it was tough, slowed down a lot on the ups :/ apart from that felt good!

Easy shuffle. Saw naked running man, luckily for me (and for him too, I guess!) he still had his clothes on when I passed him!

Pulled the plug on intervals this morning, felt like an old woman - had a sore knee, sore hip, and tired quad! Still not recovered from Wednesday I think, so just did an easy slow run

Mmmk today I absolutely destroyed myself. Did 5 x compound miles (1 mile broken into: 200m "sprint", 400m @5km pace, 800m @10k pace, 200m "sprint") up the river, which I've done a few times before but not since nationals I think...it was HARD. Died a bit on the last two...but then weirdly felt pretty good warming down?!
