Easy, felt good. Ran in a thermal but I was freezing!! Wished I had some gloves and a beanie haha (I think it was probably below 10 in the forest!)

O ints, including 20 warm up and 10 warm down. Felt good, navigated only ok. My terrain running skills were also quite average, felt quite unco. Really appreciated the cold weather for this session :)
O training, which I was totally not into at all, even though I tried my hardest to get enthused haha. Started really badly when I ran directly into a group of sleeping kangaroos, which must also be where March flies hang out...because suddenly I was being circled by 500 of them! Ran hard to try and get rid of them all but 5 ended up stuck in my map bag and then in my rush I ran into a huge spider web with one of those huge golden orb (?) spiders. Had a sook after that and ran out to a track before getting some more controls....and then it got really hot and I gave up and ran back to the car! Yeah, I need to man up
40/20s in Ballarat. It was hot (or...hot for me anyway!) but I felt really good so it was a good session! Did it on hilly tracks so had some hard ups and downs. Had a big pool/river of sweat collect on the bottom of my forearms which was kinda weird ahah
Eurgh what a weak session. Did compound miles but just felt crap from the start and it felt ridiculously humid (probably me being a pansy!) so I only got through half the session then spent a while running in circles deciding what to do before finally jogging home haha! Dunno what happened today...

And since more running = lower risk of developing osteoarthritis, I had to do another run :) I think it was 37 degrees but it didn't feel that bad (unlike this morning...?!?!)
