NOL long at Pittwater - mass start. Did the first two loops quite slowly and felt like I was off the back a bit. Then got some momentum on the final long loop and ended up running with Jo for most of it, and managed to edge ahead of her in the last section to finish 3rd behind Charlotte and Susen. Felt quite good physically (though it wasn't quite full "long" distance) and technically was ok on most but went to the wrong first control on both of the first two loops.

NOL middle at pittwater. Mmmm love love love this map. Didn't have a super great run - took one ridiculously safe routechoice early in the course which was unnecessary and definitely cost me some time. Then I was just near one control but didn't see the flag so went away on a wander for 2-3mins before coming back. Apart from that i was probably way too slow and careful, but I guess that's not the worst way to do pittwater! Really fun :D

Was about to go out the door and do my planned interval session when I got unexpectedly summoned to a meeting. So I only had time for a short easy one :( was extremely cranky so ran faster than I should have...or normally do

Long day, uni stuff didn't finish until after 7:30 so I was tired and grumpy but did the session.

Ride home from uni. It was nice! Was also gonna run but I need to freshen my legs up a bit.....but I maybe should have run anyway.....but also maybe not.......
