Sprint qual on red hill. Ran waaaay past one control, dropping a couple of minutes....really disappointed but that's life I guess!

Sprint final at CGGS. Was pretty angry with myself after missing the A final, so must have been in a good mindset as I had quite a good run! Probably missed the best routes on a lot of legs, but pretty pleased otherwise. Time would have put me 2nd in the A final (and yes I know I can't really say that because I didn't even qualify, but it makes me feel better anyway!!)

2, 1, 30 session after uni. Brain felt fried and I was pretty stressed but this helped a lot. Legs felt ok.

Ez. Felt better than expected, had a mega stress day - started a second casual job at uni (not really something I volunteered for) plus I've just entered my 3rd (and hopefully final) year of my PhD...I think all my mindfulness training helped today though, and hopefully I won't get too stressed / run down!!!

Time to remember how to do a sprint! Sprintervals at FU. Time includes warm up and down, and rests in between. Felt a bit tired right from the start, legs were a bit tight....still managed to run hard though, just got extra tired by the end!! It was good

Ez. Felt so much better than I thought I might!! Had heaps of chocolate milk after training this morning, so I reckon that helped ;)
