FU sprint O, including longish warm up and down. It went pretty well, a couple of small mistakes....calf still very sore but when I forced it to run hard it was ok.
Ez. The thought of running in Melbourne sounded so extremely dull to me that I've decided to work from ballarat this week. Felt ok but the calf I f'd up when I fell over yesterday was very sore
State league at...somewhere. Some quite steep slopes but I was a pussy and took some super wide route choices to avoid the climb - completely unnecessary! Lost some minutes there...goddamit. Apart from that I felt quite good running but had a really bad fall on the way to number one, grazing my bum and straining a lot of muscles in my calves. Felt a bit odd for a while after that and had some weird out of body experiences....but I think I was fine so I dunno what that was
Tempo session in ballarat. 20min (4min ez), 15min (3ez), 10min (2ez), 5min. All on undulating single track or rough trail. Felt better than I thought I would, but was still a little tired from yesterday
